This four-apartment building complex is laid out on two joined blocks on three-levels; semi-basement, ground floor level and first floor. At first glance one cannot help but see the grey colored roof that turns to create the balconies of the upper floor apartments. The surface of the roof is punctured and circular openings add lightness and the permeability of light to the terraces.

Both the ground floor and the first level include a two and a three bedroom apartment. The higher level apartments have access to private roof gardens, whereas the lower level apartments have garden extensions, bringing a harmonious balance to the whole.

Most of the building is painted white with the exception of the grey terraces and roof.
